Easter Pics and More!

Here are some pics from the past couple of weeks. I have been very busy!

Here I am helping Dad make a fire. I loved handing him pieces of wood one by one.

I got my first black eye (my right eye). It hasn't kept me down at all!

I got a new bouncing turtle. It is super fun!!

Here I am before picture day at school. Unfortunately the picture takers at school were doing weird things so I just have a dumbfounded look on my face in those pictures...not a smile like I gave Mom before I left for school.

Searching for my Easter basket at Grandma and Grandpa's...

Reading the paper with Uncle Jay...

Concentrating very hard on coloring Easter Eggs...

Talking on the phone in Grandpa's classroom...

Very curious about the big Middle School...

Sitting in Grandpa's chair "correcting papers"...

Easter egg hunt at home...

My first professional haircut. I wouldn't sit by myself so I had to sit on Mom's lap. I was very good once I was able to do that!

Catch Up!

This post is going to be some random pictures because I got behind! I was sick for almost a week, but have been better now for over a week and REALLY enjoying outside! I now cry when I have to come inside for supper, and as soon as we are done I have to go back out. I am definitely my Dad's boy!! Here are some pictures from the past week...

Here I am pulling the wagon that Mom and Uncle Jay used to play with. I liked to get as close to the road as I could before Grandma would tell me to turn around. It wasn't because I wanted to go in the road...I just didn't like to go downhill because the wagon would hit my ankle then!

Grandma let me put up window clings for Easter. I couldn't quite decide where they looked best so I had to change them A LOT!

Grandma got up to get a cup of tea, and I took her spot...and her pie!

Jacob and Grandma and Grandpa came to see me. I stole Jacob's bed...

but I made it up to him later with "nice pats."

Daddy, Mommy and I went to the zoo. I really liked looking at all of the animals (and walking in the opposite direction that Mom and Dad wanted me to go).

I like bridges a lot. They are fun to stomp across and look through and wave at all the fishies. I'm sure in a few years I will wonder why Mom and Dad have me wave at fishies in the water, but for now I really enjoy it.

Thanks for stopping!

Snowball Fight!

It was such a nice weekend that I spent a lot of time outside. Now that Winter is almost over, I am starting to really like the snow. Grandma, Grandpa and I had a snowball fight. It was great fun. I got Dad with a good one when he came home from work (see the video)! Who knew this snow stuff could be so much fun?

New things!

Today I decided that I wanted one of Mom's old Cabbage Patch Kids. I thought I was ready for a new brother or sister...I gave it hugs and nice pats and kisses...and Mom thought maybe I was ready too...

until I started carrying him around by one arm and then flung him on the floor like this. Mom said I may need to wait a little longer!

I got to try a donut on Friday! It was YUMMY!!

Videos

Here are a couple of videos to show 2 things I really like...

Bath time-the minute I hear the water running, I take off. It doesn't matter where I am or what I am doing at the time. Water running means 1 thing and I LOVE baths!!

Animals!-I like cows the best, but lions are quickly becoming a favorite too!

I HATE Snow!

Ok, I'm sure some of you are thinking that Mom made me say that, but it really is true. I don't like to walk in snow, play in snow, etc. At daycare I don't like when I have to go outside. I sometimes even cry (but don't tell anyone because I am a big boy)! Mom and Dad said that they would take me outside at home to get used to the snow. They were going to shovel the driveway and I could help.

Well, they took me outside and set me down...and I stayed right there. I wouldn't walk on my own from my spot. (Mom says it might have something to do with the fact that I look a little bit like a marshmallow and can't move very well with all of my stuff.)

Dad came and took my hand and then I would walk around a little.

Then I got even braver, and I walked and stomped some more...until I fell down. See, I told you this snow stuff is no good!!

Think Spring!!!

Helping Daddy!

I decided to help Daddy hang up pictures tonight.

Dad, I'll get your hammer for you...

Dad wouldn't let me use the big hammer so I got my own...wait for me Dad!!

Here, put this one up next. Now all of my Grandparents are up on my wall! I can talk to them all the time now. Dad sure was glad that I helped or I'm sure one of the pictures wouldn't have been straight.
