Cheese Days and More!

Here is the post about Cheese Days! I had a good time at the parade. It was pretty chilly so I had to sit on Mommy's lap for most of it since I was cold and it was naptime. I really liked the music and the animals.

I had a cow and a Swiss flag so I was set!

Exhausted after a fun day...

Here I am ready to learn hunting from Daddy. I am wearing his hat, and it almost fits me (my head is still plenty large)!

With my baby acting tough...

Watching the Wiggles with Grandma and Grandpa and pretending to be Humpty Dumpty on a wall...

Here is a video of me shooting hoops. I have a new celebration dance I do when I make a basket.
Can you tell what I say at the end?....TOUCHDOWN! :)

Here I am in my bed...I like to put in some of my stuffed animals and talk to them. I am really into telling things to Wuh Buck (Wake Up) right now...

The past week...

Mom and I got to watch a baby for a little bit the past 2 weekends. I had great fun pestering the baby and giving him lots of hugs...I also enjoyed playing with the toys Mommy and Daddy brought upstairs for the baby. I had forgotten how much I missed my Exerciser and chair.

Here I am dressed in the shirt Great Aunt Mary got me. Don't I look handsome (except for the uncombed hair...hey, it was early!)?

I am starting to smile on command. This is what I did when Mommy told me to smile...

Here is a shot of how Mom found me the other day. I haven't allowed her to put any sleeping pictures up for awhile so I thought I would let this one go.

Mommy was vacuuming the other day, and I took the opportunity to go to the table, lift up the cover on the zucchini cake and dig right in. It was yummy!

I am also becoming quite the artist (definitely not skills acquired from Mommy)!

Thanks for stopping! My next stop is Cheese Days so stay tuned....

Labor Day Weekend So Far

I am having a fun Labor Day Weekend so far. Daddy has to work so I miss him, but Mommy and I have done a few fun things. Oh, and I say Mommy and Daddy now instead of Mama and Dada. All of a sudden I changed the words on Friday and it stuck!

Saturday, I went to the park, rode in my car and watched the Wiggles. Sunday, Mommy and I went to the zoo.

Trying the digger at the park with Grandma...

Going for a ride in my car...

Last Hurrah at the Splash Park!

Last weekend we went to the splash park for the last time for the season. Good thing we did because it is definitely not splash park weather this weekend! I had a great time, and Uncle and Amanda and Grandma and Grandpa all came along to enjoy the fun. Uncle even got wet!!

Here is some video of our day! This is to show how good I am at splashing people!

Corn Fest!

Well, Monroe has Cheese Days, and Sun Prairie has CORN FEST! We missed it last year so this year we decided to take part. We started out with the parade on Thursday evening...and that ended up being it! We couldn't do the corn part because I got a fever on Sunday afternoon and we planned to go Sunday night :( Luckily Mom and Dad didn't talk it up too much so I wasn't disappointed. I did like the parade though :) This was my first parade!! Oh and for all of you Monroe people, one of the floats was for Cheese Days!

A little overwhelmed at first...those fire trucks are pretty big!!

Felt much better once I saw a cow...

Getting into waving at the people...(oh and you will notice I brought my own flag along. I knew it wasn't a patriotic holiday, but what is a parade without a flag?)

The Cheese Days float...

Thanks for stopping!

Joey-isms

Mom hasn't taken a whole lot of pictures of me lately so I thought I would take the opportunity to write down some things I have been saying recently. Mom said that I should since some of the things don't come out the way that other people say them (this English language thing is HARD!). First I will write what I say and then what I am talking about...

soppy-caterpillar or syrup or ketchup
libey-library
wawa-water
hehwro-hello
do-juice
walalamelon-watermelon
pahyee-potty
nana-banana
cycle-motorcycle, bicycle, tricycle
buh-bear
Amama-Amanda
Papa-Grandpa
Rmama-Grandma
Adea-Adria (a girl at school, and I always yell after I say her name because she is so wild!)
Sosho-Rocio (a teacher at school, I make my lips in a pucker when I say this one)
hammy-hammer
nee-neigh or knee
etty-elephant
buh buck-wake up

Here are some other words that I can say perfectly!
Hi
Bye
Bus
Bubbles
Milk (I finally add the k at the end)
Park
Car
Truck
Turtle
Sheep
Bug
Uncle
Cindy (teacher at school)
Mouse

There are many others in both lists, but this is what I came up with for now!

Some funny things I do!

If I do something mean and someone pretends to cry; I go over to them and pet their arm and say "hi" in a cute voice. It usually works!

When I see Captain Feathersword from the Wiggles, I swing my arm and say hewro!

Bouncy, Bouncy, BOUNCY!

Before the bounciness begins, here are some pictures from taking Uncle and Amama to the Splash Park. Amanda taught me to splash Uncle, which as you can see from my expression was SUPER fun!

It was a little on the chilly side since the water was shaded during the time of day we went. I had to warm up at the picnic table for a little bit.

On to the bouncing!! I am starting to hope that Summer lasts forever! I have been doing so many fun, new things and each one I think I love more than the other! The latest new thing was Bouncy Town USA! There are a bunch of inflatables to jump and play in. We went on a Friday night, which apparently was good because I was pretty much the only toddler there (they have a couple separate toddler areas). It was a great chance to learn about how to bounce and tire myself out! By the end of the night, I was so tired I could hardly get up when I fell down, and I actually woke up in the middle of the night and had to have a snack because I was SOOO hungry. I haven't done THAT in a VERY long time!! It was a great time though, and I can't wait till Mom and Dad let me go back!

Can you see how tired I am? Dad, this wasn't the best time to get my picture!!

Here's some videos to show how I was learning to jump and how hard it is to get up when you fall down and you are tired!
