Swing set and a lot More!

Here are some pictures to catch you up from this past week...

Mommy was trying to get Sam's two bottom teeth in this picture. Can you see them?

I am always talking these days, so it's hard to get a good one of me and Sam. I always have my mouth in a funny pose!

Here we are in our new playset that Grandpa Rikli and Daddy built us. I couldn't wait to go on it so I got to test this part out before the slide and swings were done...

Here I am waiting "patiently" while they are working on finishing it up so I can play on it.

I get to test it out!

The slide is REALLY fast since it is new :)

Sam and I went swimming again since it has been so warm. Sam splashes and splashes and gets his face wet all the time. I played with my squirt gun this time and had a blast with it.

Mommy got out the bathtub chair for Sam, and that worked perfectly. She didn't have to hold him the whole time so he wouldn't fall over, and Sam could still splash but didn't get his face as wet.

We see Sam stick his tongue out a lot lately...

As you can see from the shirt, there has been a lot of teething drooling around our house!

I got a bow and arrow from Grandpa Rikli, and I played with it ALL day. I pretended I was Hawkeye from the Avengers, and then I got to go downstairs where Daddy shoots his bow and practice. I'm getting pretty good at it!

Hope you are having a great week!

Another fun weekend in the books!

I had another great weekend! Friday, I got to meet my friend Kevin (from school) at the park. We had a blast since I hadn't seen him since the end of March. It was a warm day, and we ran and ran and ran.

On Saturday Sam and I got baptized. We were both antsy during the service (it didn't happen until the end), but we were both very good once we got up front. Apparently, we just need to be front and center. I was very serious and listened very well to what Pastor Scott said. Sam kicked his little legs really hard after the water got put on him each time.

Sam really likes a little Winnie the Pooh that Grandma Rikli has. He smiles every time he sees it!

I got Hulk Hands from Uncle Jay and Amanda for my baptism. Don't I look the part?

On Sunday we stayed home and enjoyed the warm day. I helped Mommy wash the car and the truck until I got bored.

Sam spent some time on the porch...

Cooling off inside for a little bit...
I played in my little pool twice on Sunday. I had missed it!
Sam tried the pool for the first time. He LOVED it! He splashed and splashed, and even when he splashed his face, he was ok with it.

I hope everyone else had as good of a weekend as me and Sam!

Noah's Ark!

We went to Noah's Ark yesterday since Mommy got free tickets from work (just like last year). I love being able to go, but it is a good thing it is free because I don't use the park the way it is intended. I prefer to stay with my feet planted firmly on the ground. Splashing in the water is lots of fun, but the slides, I don't need them. I went down one slide with Mommy (the one I went down lots of times last year by myself), and then told her "I'm good for slides" (meaning I don't need to go down anymore). I had so much fun though and got tired out! Sam was a trooper as usual and though he didn't sleep at the park, he got some relaxing in and seemed to enjoy himself.

Dressed and ready to go!

Sam, the VIP, has arrived in his chariot!

Excited to go in!

Trying to shoot Daddy with water...

Sam tried out the swing and contrary to this picture, seemed to enjoy it for a little bit. This picture was right after I accidentally splashed him with water. Oops!

Tired from a fun day! I've already asked to go back.

Fishing, Friends and Pirates

Sam and I have been pretty busy lately. We have been doing a LOT of playing and new things too.

Here is Sam sitting in his bumbo eating. He does have a diaper on even though it is hard to see :)

Sam also got his first tooth this week. It cut through early in the week, and he dealt with it pretty well.

Sam is sitting up on his own a little better, but he is still pretty unsteady. He is rolling wherever he wants to get to, which is usually one of my toys or a crinkly bag.

I got to go fishing last weekend for the first time. Here I am all set to go...

I caught a fish! I don't look excited, but I was! I helped put worms on the hook and threw the fish back into the water. I had a Tweety Bird fishing pole, which I was very happy to tell everyone about.

Austin and Mason came to play with me (they are twins, which you can't really tell since Mason is wearing a mask). We had a lot of fun playing Avengers and going to the park.

We also spent a lot of time behind the chair...

Brothers!

Sam wants to crawl so badly!!

Sam tried out the johnny jump up and loved it! He could bounce all day, I think!

Saturday we went to Pirate Day in Monroe! I dressed the part and had a great time!

Sam got sleepy but didn't want to give in!

Can you see me and Sam? I think the nuk look is great for a pirate!

Tomorrow I get to go to Noah's Ark so hopefully we will have even more pictures soon!
